406 Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these Terms carefully before using the 406 platform. By registering or using any part of the platform, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to all Terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and the 406 platform ("Platform," "we," "us"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by 406, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 406 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. The platform reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice beyond the updates posted on this page.
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the 406 platform.
- The platform is for personal entertainment purposes only and must not be used for commercial or third-party purposes.
- You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located.
2. Account Creation & Security
Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 406 platform. Account registration requires a valid Malaysian phone number and a user-selected password. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.
All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. 406 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to meet compliance requirements. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.
- Your account password is confidential and must not be shared with any other party.
- If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 406 immediately through our customer support channel.
- The platform will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
- Accounts may not be transferred, sold, or given to another person under any circumstances.
3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the 406 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of local payment methods including Touch 'n Go, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Now, Boost, and other local banks listed on the deposit page.
Successfully processed deposits will be credited to your account balance within the timeframe stated for each payment method. Withdrawals will be processed to a Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. The platform reserves the right to reject or place on hold any withdrawal request that raises reasonable suspicion of fraud or a breach of terms.
- The platform is not liable for any losses caused by processing delays on the part of a bank or third-party payment provider.
- Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are subject to change without prior notice.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account details are accurate. Withdrawals processed to the wrong account due to incorrect details provided by the user will not be refunded.
- Any fees charged by a bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the user.
4. User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
406 platform users agree to use the platform responsibly and not to misuse any feature or service provided. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:
- Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
- Using automation software, bots, or any unauthorised technical means to access or exploit the platform.
- Engaging in any form of fraud, falsification, or manipulation in transactions or betting activities.
- Uploading, submitting, or distributing content that is unlawful, threatening, obscene, or compromises the safety of other users.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the 406 platform.
- Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity.
The platform reserves the right to take immediate action, including suspending or closing an account without prior notice, in the event of any breach of the above rules.
5. Limitation of Liability & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
The 406 platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 406 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses from betting activities.
The platform does not guarantee that its services will be available without interruption or free from errors at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen technical disruptions are beyond our control and do not entitle users to claim compensation.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 406 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and domain names — is the exclusive property of 406 and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any platform content without prior written consent from 406.
Third-Party Links & Services
406 may engage third-party service providers for payment processing and game delivery. 406 is not responsible for the privacy practices, accuracy, or security of those third-party services. Users are advised to review third-party providers' terms separately.
6. Changes to Terms, Account Closure, and Governing Law
Changes to Terms
406 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon being posted on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Suspension & Closure
Users may close their account at any time by contacting 406 customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal subject to compliance with all relevant conditions. The platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account due to a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or a regulatory compliance decision, without any obligation to provide the user with a detailed explanation.
Applicable Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through mutual negotiation between both parties. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be referred to the appropriate courts of jurisdiction in Malaysia.
